Nancy  and her team are quick to understand the needs of buyers moving into the community and to buyers moving around in the community.  The wealth of experience the Nancy Lurty teambrings to their clients comes from Nancy's personal experience of being relocated a number of times with corporate relocations and from her experience as a licensed top producing real estate agent in Texas, southern California and Delaware.   Now that they are back in Delaware, by the beach, and with David Lurty (a Smyrna, Delaware native) they have a wealth of experience to help buyers find the property they want and help them understand the buying process in Delaware.
